Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information required for project development, including content, images, branding materials, and feedback during each stage of the process. SaurabhCreative is not liable for delays resulting from incomplete or late submissions from the client.
All projects require a formal agreement, which includes a scope of work and payment schedule. A non-refundable deposit (typically 50%) is required to initiate development work. Final payment is due upon project completion and before deployment or delivery of the final product. SaurabhCreative reserves the right to pause work for late or unpaid invoices.
All custom website designs, source code, and content created by SaurabhCreative remain the property of the company until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, ownership of the final deliverables is transferred to the client, excluding any third-party assets, plugins, or licenses used.
We offer a set number of revisions as specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges. Any changes requested after final approval and delivery will be treated as a new scope of work.
Estimated timelines are provided at the start of the project. While we strive to meet these deadlines, actual delivery times may vary based on project complexity, client responsiveness, and unforeseen circumstances. SaurabhCreative is not responsible for delays caused by third-party vendors, hosting providers, or domain registrars.
SaurabhCreative is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or services, including any loss of data, revenue, or reputation. Our services are provided "as is" without any warranty or guarantee.
If SaurabhCreative provides website hosting or maintenance services, these are offered on a subscription or retainer basis. Clients are responsible for renewing services to avoid downtime. SaurabhCreative is not responsible for data loss or downtime due to expired services or non-renewal.
While we implement SEO best practices and optimize websites for search engines, SaurabhCreative does not guarantee specific rankings or performance due to the ever-changing nature of search engine algorithms.
All client information, project details, and proprietary data are treated as confidential. We do not share or disclose client data to third parties without written consent, except as required by law.
Our services may include the use of third-party plugins, APIs, or tools. SaurabhCreative is not liable for updates, performance, or licensing terms of third-party software integrated into your project.
Either party may terminate a project in writing. Upon termination, the client will be invoiced for work completed to date. Any deposits paid are non-refundable. Work completed but not paid for remains the intellectual property of SaurabhCreative.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which SaurabhCreative operates. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction.
